I'm using the openproject docker in my local environment to implement and test the Webhooks plugin, however after include a new webhook and insert/edit a workpackage, it's never fired.

I already tested ports, addresses and requests from shell's container, and everything looks working well, except the hook trigger. Am I missing some extra configuration? Or is needed start some Ruby's additional service? Some hint about it? There are no log clues or exceptions.
