Creating a project template with no dates

Hi,

I would like to create a "standard template", meaning a project that does not have temporal references to the current days/months at the top. So it can be re-used as a stand alone file (and customized) each time a similar specific project starts. 

Is it possible to create such a template, with no specific dates but just generic Month 1 / Week 1 / Day 1 etc.?
