How to create a "Management Overview" timeline
Added by Andy C over 6 years ago
I’d like to provide management with an overview of the different work packages and other activities in several different projects (but not all).
How can I identify specific users as belonging to certain group, and then say that group has the right to see what is going on in a group of projects, for example to generate a timeline or cost report for projects A, B, and C, but not D?
I have tried setting up groups for the specific users that should be able to see a project, e.g. “Management 1”, but can’t see anyway to limit the projects that this group can see. How can I do this?

Hi Andy,
in Administration -> Groups you can create a Group. You can then add members to this group. The last step is to add this group to project.

Thanks - that seems to work.
