Copy features along with child tasks

Added by Prathyusha G almost 7 years ago

Can we copy the complete workpackage like a feature with all the child tasks ? This helps us in creating new workpackages which are repetitive in nature.

Hello Prathyusha,

yes, you can copy multiple work packages by selecting them (holding down “Shift” or “Ctrl” on your keyboard and then selecting the work packages), opening the context menu (right-click or click on the icon with the three little dots) and selecting “Bulk copy”.

In addition, you can copy entire projects: https://www.openproject.org/help/copy-existing-project/

Best,
Robin
