the easiest way to display only the work packages with a due date is to filter for “Due date: between”. For the range select a start date several years ago and a due date which is significantly in the future (e.g. 1985 - 2035).
This will show all the work packages which have a due date in that time frame (effectively all work packages with a due date) and filter out work packages without a due date.
