How to pause/turn off OpenProject

Hello,

I have OpenProject setup in a digital ocean droplet. Right now I am not using it and would like to scale back my droplet. How can I “stop” OpenProject so that it doesn’t consume resources (CPU & RAM) and does not open automatically when rebooting?
