Cost Management, How it works ?

HI,

I’m IT manager, i use the community version as a test version.
We use a packaged version downloaded on Bitnami (last version available 7.4.5).

I want to use a dedicated projet for Macro budget management.
I can create all the items as tack, but i can’t edit the cost value (value is locked and a sign appear when i pass the mouse on it).
The “budget” drop down menu on each task don’t work.

The plug in seem to be installed in the main parameters menu.
In the project all cost management modules are enabled.

I want to use the global cost value in each task to manage my IT Budget.
