Hello

I have a problem, the guy who set the server up left the company. I have the password for the admin account, but it is locked/blocked out. I have two other users that could also have admin rights that are also locked/blocked out. I can log in but was never given admin rights as I did not needed at that time. There is one other person that can log in but does not have admin rights. I have been trying for at least 2 days to let them be unlocked/unblocked for the short time they said they would be locked.

I have had to run the reconfigure a couple of times, one to fix Apache. I have no idea of how any of was installed. I have not run the SSL Certificate part of the reconfigure as I don’t know it will do or change.

If I could get help on how to unlock/unblock these accounts, one of them being the administrator account. It would also be nice if I could change the admin account to someone else.
