Place an item in the more menu in the detail work_packages

good day

I am new in this of the OpenProject plugins I would like to know how I do to add a new item to the menu of more, in the detail of the work packages, to add a later new functionality.

If you have a tutorial or something where you can guide me, I would also appreciate it.
