Hi all
I want to update an existing task by replying to the notification, but unfortunately this does not work.
Do I have to make any changes in the settings for Openproject to recognize incoming emails?
The webservice for incoming emails is activated.

thanks for reporting this issue.
This was indeed a bug that incoming emails did not work.
The bug has been fixed and will be deployed shortly (likely in the beginning of next week) as part of OpenProject 7.4.4.

Do you know why incoming email configuration is grayed out? I cannot enable "Enable incoming email web service" button.

It can create work packages based on incoming emails and create comments based on incoming emails (and a lot more).
