Group with global reading permissions

Hi!

Currently, certain important users are members of a group which has reading permissions for all projects. Whenever a new project is added, I have to give the group reading permissions manually. This sucks.

Is it possible to create a group with global reading permissions? Sort of like the admin-account, only without writing permissions…
