Use in Business Workplace

I’m evaluating installing OpenProject for a couple customers we support (we’re an IT company, an MSP specifically) wondering if it’s appropriate to use in a business workplace or if there is anything we should be concerned with, especially being that this is open source software.

Also, anyone have any experience installing/using this on a terminal/RD server?
