Copy project and changing closed tasks

I would like to use the tasks and phases of a set of projects but not the date ranges or status of each task. Is it possible to copy a project without dates or status?

Also, I have some tasks in one project that are closed, but I can’t change them back to new.

In a nutshell, I want to use the same project as last year, this year.
