Hello,

does anybody use OpenProject not only for a project but also ‘afterwards’ when the project is finished to keep track for efforts needed to operate.

As example we take a mailserver which is planned as a normal project but after installation another group of people have to spent time on a regular basis keeping the mailserver running (incidents, 1.-Level Support,….).

How can this be done with OpenProject or would you suggest another tool what I want to avoid.
