our team do several types of cookie cutter projects

the way to do this we think is to create templates for each and then to clone/copy them as instance projects

Can we lock the template project but still allow it to be copied, but not changed

The create instance projects workflow is done by a project admin - no a super admin role.

we tried to create a role of “project copier” with only copy project privilege , but the copy project button does not appear unless there is edit project permission or privilege.
