Issue with custom fields

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with custom fields when they are used on custom reports.
I have created a project with 2 custom fields available on tasks. The two fields bring the identification code of the higher level activities, they are related, in order to make a better tracking.
When I try to make a report using these fields, the values of the first one are valid (alphanumerics chars), while the values of the second one are wrong (only numbers). Inspecting the Postgres schema, I noted that these numbers could be the ids of the custom field values. Can anyone help me? I’m using OpenProject 7 community on Docker image.
