What is Export Card Config for?

Hello,

I’m looking for a solution to customize the PDF and XLS exports and found the Export Card Config administration menu entry.

But I can’t understand what Export Card Configs do. I create a config but it doesn’t change anything.

I use OpenProject 7.2.0 (Mysql2)

Unfortunatly, the documentation doesn’t help at all. It says “press create to create” and “use the Export Card Config menu to manage Export Card Configs”…

Hello Philippe,

the Export Card config is an export option for the backlogs plugin. You can use it to print story cards which you can then use for your physical task board.

This settings does not impact the PDF, XLS and CSV export on the work package page.

Once you created at least one export card configuration, you can use it from the backlogs module by selecting “Export” from the backlog dropdown menu.
