Working packet send to email

i missing a Option to resend working Task to his group, member ore external email.

my working packets including pictures and other fils.

hoe to send the task to members inkl. the pictures in view mode and all
documents inside this tasks.

Hello Andeas,

in order to have a high level of security and consistency of data, it is not possible to send work packages with all attachments to users outside of OpenProject.

However, you can add users as watchers to work packages and thereby inform OpenProject users about the current state of the work package (with a link to the work package).

Alternatively, you can export work package lists using the PDF export (see https://www.openproject.org/help/work-packages/export-work-packages/).
You can also export individual work packages by clicking on the “More” menu and selecting the PDF export.
