"openproject configure" show Errors via Console under Centos 7.3 with Ruby 2.4.0

Hi Developers,

I have problems with installation of OP under Centos 7.3. It is bundler 16-pre installed and Ruby 2.4.0.

I always get the “openproject configure” displayed.

https://github.com/carrierwaveuploader/carrierwave (at 0.11-stable@0a1c6f4) is not yet checked out. Run `bundle install` first.

I have already tried “bundle install —no-deployment” and “bundle install —deployment”. Does not help and all to no avail.

What else can I do to fix this?
