Error in redirection in User's Activity Page

Hi,

I am facing a issue after clicking any of the activities present for a user.

After click it is getting redirected to localhost:3000 instead of the actual ip.

Please get more details in the attached snapshot.

In the first image after clicking the highlighted link the issue is coming.

You need to set the hostname setting under Administration > System settings.
