[solved] New meeting only for managers?

Hello

I have just tried to create a new meeting in the new OP3 and it only showed me the name of project managers in the participants list. Why is this? since when developers, reporters and other members of the team are not allowed in a project meeting? I had to promote everyone to manager, in order to be able to see their names in the meeting.

Or am I doing something wrong?

Hi Nima,

this seems as if the manager has different permission for the meetings module. You can check the permissions in den administration:

Modules -> Administration -> Roles and permissions

Thank you for your reply. The problem was with the permission as you suggested and is now fixed.
