After importing iCal to outlook have wrong time, wrong TimeZone

When i create meeting, add all features, and save it. i send ical file to participant.
After email receiving in outlook, we trying to import that ical file into calendar. and there we got wrong time lines, probably from wrong timezone.
How to fix it?
What more information you would like to have to help me with that issue?

could you create a bug report for this?
Do you have a timezone set in your OpenProject environment?

I just posted qurestion here,
Can’t find global setting for timezone.
What i did:
every user got set timezone in his account.
Server time and date is correct.

Do you want me to add bug report? Don’t want to duplicate it

there is no bug report for this as far as I’m aware.
Please create a bug report.
