Displaying sums per "grouped-by" attribute in work package view

Hi all,

Under OP v6, I could view my work packages, group by version, click “Display Sums”, and view a summary of remaining hours per version. (I made the “remaining hours” a summable field)

Under OPv7, with the same saved workpackage view as above, I only get a sum of remaining hours at the bottom of the workpackage list across ALL version displayed.

How can I regain the previous functionality re the ability to view a sum of remaining hours across versions (without having to change my filters per-version in the workpackages view)

Hi David,

with the addition of the hierarchy mode in OpenProject 7, we needed to make some technical changes to the sum functionality.
As a result, it is currently not possible to display sums for each attribute grouped by but only the total sum.
