Work Package - resource allocation

Added by Igor Longagnani about 8 years ago

Hi,
some questions:

  • is ther ea way to configure working day length in hours for every person inside openproject (e.g. John work 40 hours a week 8 hours a day, Mary ,part-time, just 20 hours a week 4 hours a day, etc…)
  • is there a way to allocate a person on a task spanned over X days, Y hours a day, less than full working day (e.g. if John works 8 hours a day, I wish i could allocate him 5 hours on a task on Project1 and 3 hours on a task in Project2) ?
  • is there a way to read the time a day a person is allocated over a number of project and let the projec?
  • is there a way to have the total amount of planned working hours a day for a person through the projects he/she is applied to ?

Thanks
