export work packages with description and last activities

is it possible to export work packages with description and last activities?
If I export work packages with description then the activities are not exported.

But for discussion / meeting I want to select work packages and export them
completely with all activity.

Hi Claudio,

yes that works.
Open a work package, click on the menu item and select “Download PDF”. - This includes the description and history (activities).

Hi Robin,

thanks, I found this option already.
But is there a way to select more work packages without opening every single package?
I’d like to select e. g. 5 packages and have the option “Download PDF” for all 5 packages.
Opening every package is somewhat time consuming :-)

Hi Claudio,

no, this is not possible for several work packages.
All the export options for multiple work packages are included in the pop up window you see when you navigate to the work package page and select “Export” from the menu option.

I’ve seen some people asking about this.
