how to I initialize OpenProject after installation

I installed openproject on Ubuntu 16.04.1 . but I unable to initialize the openproject? I tried http://localhost , but Apache2 ubuntu defalt page displayed. I even tried using the domain name what I asigned during the installation. it says " Server not found"
