Proxy Error

Added by Karel Zavadil over 8 years ago

First, I’d like to express my deep respect for all developers of OpenProject - I think it is a great tool and whole project is nearly a masterpiece.

Well… nearly :-)

I have been using it for over a year and I am huge fan of OP now. I would like to present it to my boss and whole team and convince them to start using it for project management too. Problem is that almost every day I am getting Proxy Error page and OP is not responsive for few minutes. I can’t present a system behaving like this to anyone. I have even created a bug report here: https://community.openproject.com/projects/openproject/work_packages/24615/activity but nobody seems to address that.

There is an instance of MediaWiki running on the same server and it works just fine, so I assume this is OP problem. MediaWiki was installed long time after this error first showed up, so it’s existence is not cause of the problem neither.

Please, please, pretty please, help me! What can I do? I think I have searched all logs that OP is creating and they contain nothing except a timeout error. I will provide you with any information.
