est hours and from thru date

Added by mark scarantino almost 12 years ago

we are on version OpenProject 3.0.0pre8 (Mysql2)

if I add a task with est hours = 24, then say it follows another task by 2 days

it accurately makes the start date of the new task 2 days after the end date of the task it follows.

should it make the End date of this task 24 hours ( the est time ) or three days after the start?

Currently it is making the start and end date the same.

Not sure if this is a bug or if it is intended to work this way.

either is good as long as it is understood how it works.

Thanks
Still looking good
