Setting image size/width in wiki
Added by Martin Vincent Bloedorn over 7 years ago
Hello,
Is it possible to configure the width (or somehow the size) of an image included in the wiki with the !imagename.jpg!
tag? Is any other syntax available?
Some images I’m using take up far too much space on the page.
I couldn’t find a solution in the documentation or in other forum posts. Sorry if this was already solved somewhere else.
Best regards,

Hi Martin,
I believe there’s currently no active way to do that.
While Textile allows to set styles using a
{ CSS definitions}
syntax : https://txstyle.org/doc/14/imagesHowever, that functionality has been disabled since Redmine due to it opening an XSS attack vector. https://github.com/opf/openproject/commit/35f5e36838952a20693c8d6fa2a926648739a975

Hello Oliver,
Thanks for the information! Do you know if this functionality is planned for a future release? Would be very convenient (specially when using images from pre-existing documentation sources). :)
Best regards,
