Editing fields in Timeline

It would be great to edit fields on Work packages directly on the timeline. As I use the timeline to show an estimated schedule I need to keep flipping pages to get everything lined up. It would be must more efficient to do this in place like in the work packages grid.

good point. We are planning this feature for Q3-Q4 this year.

Unfortunately when I click on a Workpackage inside the timeline, a window is poped up. In the video I can edit it, without having a new window.
How do I disable the new window tab?
