Workload View?

Added by Ben Newman over 8 years ago

Is there some time of work load view or way I can see a gantt chart organized by users for the entire a organization?

I need a way to easily view what everyone is working on so I can balance work loads.

Hi Ben,

you can go to the work package page either on the global work package list (“Modules” in header > “Work packages”) or to the work package page of a main project which is at the top of the project hierarchy (and filter for subproject > all) and group by “Assignee”.
This way you see all the work packages assigned to the different users.

Dear Support,

Per your suggestion, how to check all work packages assigned to different users when assignee is “Group”? (using “group” for assignee is because it is not allowed to set multiple users into Assignee field)
