Error In spentTime

Hello,

I have problem in openproject 6.0.4 in Work_Package

i chosse project and in filed spenttime its 20.82 like attached file,

and if i click on Time Sheet like attached file 2 i found details Hours but if i calculate its : 26,83

i open data base and make select : SELECT * FROM `work_packages` WHERE `id` =1340

i get the same result of Time Sheet so why in first one i get wrong ?
