Projects missing

Im reefering to the bitnami forum for the whole situation: https://community.bitnami.com/t/projects-missing-error/43766/6

Im running on one of their stacks. The problem appaered at version 5.0.19, and are still present after upgrade to 6.0.4. Problem seems to be located in the SQL base.

Any idees ?
