Document Plugin - Rename Menu Item 'Documents'

In my case I find the title ‘Documents’ does not accurately describe the various types of resources available ie; images, pdf’s, documents etc. I feel Resources would do a better job as my clients are going to be Website Clients

Is it possible to change the menu heading to something other than Documents?

If so, how?
