Overall project reporting for human resources

Added by Andreas Haslwimmer about 9 years ago

Is it possible to create a overall project report for resource planing?

If yes how?

Thanks in advance

Hello Andreas,

resource planning is not yet supported by OpenProject but you can use the work package page to get an overview of who is working on certain tasks and what their progress is.
To do this navigate to the work package page, filter for the work packages you want to display and group by “Assignee”. This way you can see how many work packages each user has assigned to him- or herself. You can of course display additional columns, such as “Status” or “Priority” to customize your view.
Afterwards you can save this page as a query and add it to the side menu for easy access.

Best regards,
Robin
