It seems that by default system email notifications (like notification when new user was registered) are only send to the first user with System Admin rights.
Is it also possible the send the system notifications to more system admin users? Or to send it to other email addresses?

On a test environment i see that system notifications are send to all system administrators.
On our other enviroment it gets an error while sending to the first email address due to a wrong relay, hence the other administrators are also not informerd.
