Backlog plugins

Trying to set up a backlog for the project, for some reason I can only see / create one story type at the time in the backlog. Users Guide lets me understand that all types would be available and visible in backlog view. I am working on a project in a hosted OpenProject environment. Any ideas what might be wrong with my setup?
