Documents Documentview

Is it possible to order the documents among themselve? because at the moment they are side by side and this is not clear.

I have the same problem, I have found this which I think may resolve the issue,

But I do not know where to find the files I need to edit..

if anyone can help by advising where I can find these files I would really appreciate it..
