Roadmap Total Progress % Not reflective of WP numbers
Added by Vlad Birtocian over 8 years ago
I have created a version for one of our subprojects and started assigning WPs to it, in the hopes that our total percentage would be displayed as we go along. However, for some reason, the total percentage seems wildly off based on the amount of WPs that are closed and those still open (see screenshot)
Is there anything in the settings of the subproject/version/roadmap that I need to change in order for the total % to reflect the number of closed vs open issues or is there a more complicated calculation that goes into this? I’ve not been able to find anything in the guides as to how that is calculated or how it should be set up, it simply says ‘it exists’.
Thanks in advance!
EDIT: We are running OpenProject v5.0.17

Not sure if this is related, but our instance (also 5.0.17) just stopped updating % on work packages based on children. Earlier today it was working, an item that had 4 kids went from 25 to 50 to 75 as each one was marked 100. However, now that the last one was marked 100 the parent is still at 75. Another with 3 kids is at 0 with one child at 100%. Seems like a bug?
