Cannot create subfolders in Documents

I can create a new document and I can add files to the document.

However, I cannot add a folder within the document. Is Open Project designed this way or am I not understanding how to do it?

Hello Jim,

you are right: Uploading folders is not supported by the documents plugin. If you want to upload all the files in a certain folder, you could create a zip file and upload this.
However, if you want to use a proper folder structure for your files in OpenProject and you use the on-premise installation you can use the repository feature which supports SVN and Git.
You can find more information in the OpenProject user guide.
