New trial - 404 error

I have created a new trial account and verified my registration. I am unable to log into the account, instead I am getting a 404 error with the message:

Internal Server Error

Sorry, something went wrong while processing your request.

How can I go about getting this resolved?

Hello Ron,

there have been some temporary connection issues which probably caused this error.
They have been resolved.

Could you verify that this error does not occur anymore?
