[solved] Saved queries can be changed by other users

Hello everyone,

I created some queries for various overviews which I shared with the other users.
Now we found out that everyone can change these queries and even save the changes they made.

Is it possible to prevent other users from changing the queries I shared?

Hello Sebastian,

thanks for your message.
It’s not directly possible to prevent users from editing queries they have not created.
However, you can limit the permission “Manage public queries” to only those users who should be able to create and edit public queries.
Users without this permission cannot edit public queries but only use the “Save as” option to save adapted (public) queries.
