Internal error on meeting edit

When trying to edit a meeting, I am getting this error in the browser:

Internal error

An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.
If you continue to experience problems please contact your OpenProject administrator for assistance.

If you are the OpenProject administrator, check your log files for details about the error.

I am not able to find any log on the server side:

openproject logs --tail

Another strange thing is that when trying to use “Send For Review” button, I am getting:

Failed to send notification. The following recipients could not be notified: Firtname Lastname

Hi Milos,

can you tell me which OpenProject version you use?
Do you use the packaged installation or the manual installation?
If you use the manual installation which plugins have you installed? (In this case please post the content of your “Gemfile.plugins”).

Thank you for your reply.

This issue has been solved by restarting the openproject service.

I am using the packaged version OpenProject 5.0.8 (Mysql2).

I have no idea what happened, but after trying to check, the login to the project was also not working. The restart did the thing.
