Internet Explorer 11 Compatibility

After upgrading to the latest 5.0 release and subsequent releases after, we are not able to properly display our OpenProject site in Internet Explorer 11. The site displays just fine and is able to function properly in other browsers such as Chrome and Safari. We primarily use Internet Explorer 11 on our client computers so this has become an issue. Is anyone else having this same behavior or can suggest any fixes that we can try? We are currently on 5.0.7. Thank You.

Hi Chad,

I just tried it in IE 11. It worked just fine. Do you see the same problems also on this site (community.openproject.org).

Hi Niels,

Yes, the site link you provided displays fine in IE 11. In my original post I was referencing an internal OpenProject site which does not display properly in IE 11. However, it does display and operate properly in other browsers like Chrome and Safari.

I found a solution. Within IE 11 there is a Compatibility View Setting. Turning off Display intranet sites in Compatibility View allowed the site to display and function properly.
