pop3 incoming emails

hi,
I have installed OpenProject 5 (package) on ubuntu 14.04 (https://www.openproject.org/open-source/packaged-installation/packaged-installation-guide), I have the need to enable pop3 incoming emails, one mail address for each project.
I found this guide: https://github.com/opf/openproject/blob/dev/doc/operation_guides/incoming_emails.md
I can not understand what I do, I get a message telling you to install bundler
can you help me?
