is there a method to change the tooltip text in form fields?

Hello Paulo,

can you give an example which tooltips for which forms you would like to change?
You could change the labels in your OpenProject instance by changing the strings in config/locales (these also include the tooltips).
Here is an example (Javascript locales): https://github.com/opf/openproject/blob/dev/config/locales/js-en.yml
