Hi,
I think integration with Dropbox or/and MS Onedrive would be a nice feature to integrate documents and so.
Onedrive also have good online editor’s that should be nice to reach to be able to edit documents directly from the “Document”-area in Open Project.
Kind Regards,
Noiden

Hi Noiden,
we are actively working on a new document management module tied into OpenProject with a focus on security and modularity.
It’s our vision to make this module invariant (where possible) to the actual underlying storage adapter and quite possibly, provide a remote integration for it. I’ve heard both Dropbox and Google Drive in the office as potential exemplary integrations. We can’t say for certain if and when you’ll get to see such an integration, but we are actively pursuing it.
Best regards,
Oliver
Has there been any movement on this requets from 4 years ago? Is it a feature from the hosted / enterprise version?

Hello Rexl,
There is currently no Dropbox or Onedrive integration available for OpenProject.
Currently, you have two areas where you can store documents:
(As a workaround you could also use the "Repository" module - especially if you are looking for versioning.)
We plan to implement a more extensive document management system in OpenProject which should e.g. support versioning (and possibly also integrations for existing document system solutions).
You can find the feature request here: #33350.
Feel free to check if this matches your requirements. Otherwise, you can create a feature request by following these instructions: https://docs.openproject.org/development/submit-feature-idea/.
Kind regards,
