[Solved] Create StatusReporting - Reporting could not be saved

Added by Mariela gerez about 10 years ago

want to create a Status reporting but it gives me the next error message.
StatusReporting - New status reporting - Select Project - Create —> Reporting could not be saved

Any ideas why?

Hello Mariela,

you need to select another project in the dropdown next to “Reports to project” in order to create a status reporting.
Judging from your screenshot there is only one project (that’s why the dropdown field is so small).
Once you create an additional project you should be able to create a status reporting to the other project.
For more information, you can also take a look at the user guide.

Best,
Robin
