Any way to freeze quarters/months/days when scrolling?

Added by Lydia Hamilton almost 10 years ago

Just curious if there is a way to freeze the quarters/months/days at the top of a timeline when scrolling down? Just challenging scrolling down the page to look at a list of sub projects and not be able to see the time increments above.

Hi Lydia,

unfortunately, this is not yet possible. Definitely something that needs to be implemented, especially when having larger timelines.
The timelines will be revised and many more requirements, such as inline editing and drag and drop will be implemented.
Until then, if you are working with larger timelines (and do have MS Project) I suggest to try out the Taskconnector Plugin (https://community.openproject.org/projects/task-connector) which synchronizes project plans with MS Project.

Best,
Birthe
