[Solved] Issues adding/managing users on hosted openproject.com account.

Hi folks,
I hope this is the right place to ask. I’ve recently set up an organisation on openproject.com, and I’m trying to add users. I invited a colleague, who received the invitation email but during the registration process he read the T&Cs (very thorough…!) and then went back to the original account creation page and used a too short password. He then tried to return to the account creation page and create an account but now gets a “”Account is not found, check if the link is correct" message.
If I try viewing the registered users for my organisation I only see one active user - myself, and no sign of my colleague. If I try to reinvite him I get a message saying he’s already a member - I then try resending the invitation but nothing happens and he does not receive any further invitation emails.
Is this a bug or have I missed something?

Hi Jon,
It seems that your friend registered but have never signed in.
All what they should do is visiting the organization and signing in there. If they forgot the password, they can use the link ‘Forgotten password’ during the signing in.
